With QiWord node graph, users are able to identify up to the 500 most common words associated with their keyword of interest (KOI) in the same sentence, across all sentences contained within their digital library of papers.

This is an extremely powerful feature when your collection is composed of more than thousand articles because you can identify those words, terms & concept connecting up to three KOIs.

For example, you can search all words co-occurring on the same sentence with your gene of interest using the node graph. Because QiWord takes into account all sentences regardless if they are part of the title, abstract, main text, figure legend or references, this feature allows you to search deep into your collection and uncover unexpected correlations.

Non-informative words can be removed from the graph according to user's own preferences. The chart is interactive and users can move nodes around as well as customize its appearance.
